When you sign up for CarePack at Phonestore, we handle your claim from start to finish. This way, you are assured optimal and efficient processing of your claim. Therefore, you should contact Phonestore when your smartphone is damaged and you wish to report it.

Once the claim is approved and you have paid any deductible to Phonestore, we will regularly send you emails with practical details and updates on the further process and collection of your device.
