Carepack is covered under your lease

All leased units are fully covered by our CarePack throughout the leasing period. If a leased unit experiences defects or damage, we will pick it up directly from your address, repair the fault, and return the unit. Most repairs can be completed within 24 hours after the unit is reported faulty. See here how to report a fault.

Easy budgeting

With a leasing agreement, you always have a complete overview of your company's future expenses for mobile phones, tablets, and other electronic equipment. Easy, green and secure returns

After the lease agreement expires, we will retrieve the unit and all data will be erased by a certified workshop in full compliance with current GDPR legislation. Afterwards, we also ensure that the unit is recycled in the most environmentally friendly way.
