Delivery and payment information
The following terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to all orders on Phonestore.dk. The conditions are waived only in the event of another written agreement between the buyer and Phonestore.dk.

Payment and prices
Payment for your order can only be made via the secure payment form on the website. We accept payment with the following credit cards: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, eDankort, as well as international payment cards such as Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and JCB.
A card fee is associated with the use of the different payment options. The fee for using the respective payment cards and methods is stated in parentheses. No fee is charged for payment on Phonestore.dk
Your security is very important to us, and payment therefore takes place on an SSL-encrypted page. This way, only PBS/NETS has access to your payment information, and Phonestore.dk can in no way view or store this data. In this way, we ensure you the best possible handling of your payment when you shop with us.
Upon your approval of the payment, the money is reserved in your account, but we only withdraw it when your device is received. You always receive a receipt for your purchase via e-mail. Max one discount code per purchase. You cannot write two different codes of 10% each and thus get 20% in total. The first code you write is valid.
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) including Danish VAT (25%). Prices are daily prices. Agreements with Phonestore.dk are entered into in Danish.

Delivery
We strive to return your repair on the same day we receive it, with Phonestore, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the buyer and Phonestore.dk. If you order a Phonestore for collection of your device or accessories before 4 PM, you can expect to have your device delivered in a repaired state on the same day – with the exception of sold-out spare parts. Delivery takes place to the address you specified when entering the repair on Phonestore.dk. Stated delivery times are indicative and may therefore be deviated from. Contact us for more information.

Shipping
To have your item delivered, you must pay for shipping. The shipping cost depends on the weight and size of the package. Below you can see what your shipment costs:
Postal shipment DKK 49.

Delivery
Normal delivery (Collection and delivery within 24 hours): DKK 99. Postal shipment: DKK 49.
Express delivery (within 4 hours): DKK 249. (Between 07:00 – 15:00)
We deliver to Denmark.

Right of withdrawal
Phonestore.dk offers repairs and diagnostics of mobile phones. By placing an order, you accept that the right of withdrawal lapses when Phonestore begins the repair. If you wish to cancel before this time, you must contact Phonestore.

Risk of the goods
A legitimate complaint can be made if the item has been damaged or deteriorated. If the damage is due to negligence or lack of care on your part, Phonestore.dk will not accept the complaint.
We recommend that you save the original packaging, as the item is recommended to be returned in original packaging in case of any complaint.

Complaints
When you shop at Phonestore.dk, you naturally have a 24-month right to complain. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, get your money back, or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified, and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior. Any errors or defects in repairs at Phonestore.dk must be reported to us within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. It is the customer's duty to state and, as far as possible, demonstrate how the error or defect manifests itself, as detailed as possible. For goods with limited durability, your right to complain is limited by the durability period that Phonestore.dk has indicated to you. As a consumer, you can choose whether the item should be repaired or exchanged. However, for repairs, the error is only remedied in the form of a new spare part. Returning the purchase amount is usually not an option in case of a complaint. The exception to this main rule is if exchange or repair is impossible or would incur disproportionately large costs for Phonestore.dk.
We refund reasonable shipping costs
If the complaint is justified, we naturally refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

Please note! We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery or similar.
Remember that the item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and get a receipt for dispatch, so that we can refund your shipping costs.

Warranty
Phonestore.dk only tests the functions for which the device has been repaired. Other errors and defects that the device may have, but which are not indicated, will not be remedied. Reservations are made for such damages, regardless of the time of their occurrence. In addition, Phonestore.dk cannot be held responsible for errors on the device that may occur as a result of drops and liquid. For individual repairs, it is required that the device is subsequently updated, which means all data is lost. Therefore, always back up data before submission. Phonestore.dk cannot be held responsible for data loss.

Duty to inform
You always receive an order confirmation when you complete a purchase. The order information is stored by Phonestore.dk for up to 5 years in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act. It is not possible for you to access the order confirmation via our website. If you wish to receive a new copy of the order confirmation, please send an e-mail to us at info@phonestore.dk.

Disclaimer
We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions. It is therefore important that you keep yourself updated in this area. Phonestore reserves the right for sold-out items and typographical errors.

The personal information is registered with Phonestore and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
When personal information is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens with your explicit consent, so that you are informed precisely what information is collected and why.
The director and employees of Phonestore have access to the information registered about you.
The data controller on Phonestore.dk is Phonestore.
We do not store customer information encrypted.
We do not transmit customer information encrypted.
Information provided to Phonestore.dk is in no way passed on or sold to third parties, and we do not register any sensitive personal information.
As a registered user with Phonestore, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act, and inquiries in connection with this should be directed to Phonestore via e-mail info@phonestore.dk.

Phonestore.dk uses cookies with the purpose of optimizing the website and its functionality, thereby making your visit as easy as possible. You can delete cookies from your computer at any time, how depends on your browser.
