Repair of mobile devices

At Phonestore, we have chosen to offer three different options for repairing your company's mobile devices.

You can also easily alternate between the three solutions if your needs vary. This way, you can choose the solution that best suits your specific needs.

We offer

Pick-up service (free)

If you use this solution, we will pick up and deliver the defective unit directly to your company's address, completely free of charge (applies to Copenhagen and Gentofte). With the option for express orders, you will have your unit back, in repaired condition, within 4 hours after the order is placed. However, we do charge a small fee for this.

Repair in store

The company's employees can always go directly to our store on Strandvejen in Hellerup, where we can perform most repairs immediately, usually within 30 minutes.

On-site repair

We offer to come to your company's address and perform the repair onsite immediately. This way, the user will be without their phone for the shortest possible time.

Shipping (Free)

It is also possible to send the defective unit to our workshop in Hellerup, where we will repair it and send it back the same day. Shipping is, of course, free both ways.
